Raised beds - (4ftx8ft) complete removal of old rotten lumber and install all new lumber pre-cut by client.
Green house - (10ftx30ft), client erected support framing and PCHS installed all the paneling.
Barndoor and header - old cedar fence panels. Hardware supplied by client.
Exterior front door - complete refurbishment and new paint color.
Light fixtures - upgraded multiple client provided lights.
ADA Ramps - removed existing rotten steps and landing. Assembled and installed ramps supplied by client.
Safety Handrailing - installed client supplied rails.
Garage storage - installed 4ftx8ft overhead client supplied racks.
Basement stairs - primed and painted interior concrete stairs.
Understairs storage - space under basement stairs converted for removable IKEA shelves, space lined with old cedar fence panels,
Glass pass through door - installed barndoor and hardware supplied by client.
She Shed patio - levelled area, laid base layer and installed 10ftx10ft patio and 3ftx25ft path with 12'x12' pavers.
Concrete wall - basement wall water leak crack repair and new sheetrock installed.
